When creating your school's testing schedules keep in mind the following: - who can administer the assessment - the number of units and the unit testing times - include buffer time between testing sessions - units must be administered in sequential order with the exception of make-up testing - students with accommodations, including those taking paper and pencil assessments - the number of devices in your school that can be used to administer the assessment - the battery life of the devices - students who enroll after testing starts - makes ups
Recommendations (page 19, Coordinators Manual): - schedule testing for the early part of the testing window so there is plenty of time for make ups - schedule no more than two unites per day for any given student - test all students in the same grade on the same unit on the same day (required for paper assessments)
